1. Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery only for products that are unused, unworn, and found to have a manufacturing defect or damage during delivery.

  • Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging with all tags and certificates intact.

  • If you intend to claim a return, do not use or wear the product.

 


 

2. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for products of the same value within 3 days of delivery.

  • A nominal transit or processing fee may apply for exchanges.

  • The exchanged item must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged.

 


 

3. Damaged or Wrong Product

  • In the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please share:

    • Clear photos of the item

    • An unboxing video taken at the time of opening the package

  • Once verified by our team, we will process a replacement or a full refund promptly.

 


 

4. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customised or personalised jewellery

  • Engraved items

  • Made-to-order pieces

  • Products purchased on sale or using discount codes

 


 

5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number, photos/video, and the reason for return/exchange.

  2. Our support team will review your request and provide approval and shipping instructions.

  3. Do not send any items back without prior confirmation from our team, as unapproved returns may not be accepted.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange as per the eligibility.

 


 

6. Refund Timelines

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after we receive the returned product.

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method (or store credit if preferred).
